Depending on management level and requirements profile of the target position, we perform half-day to two-day individual assessments.
The conduct of the candidates is observed and assessed by at least two experts (4-eye principle) in different situations and using different methods and tests.
The written assessment report describes the candidates’ personality, compares it to the job requirements and makes a clear recommendation. This reduces the risk of making expensive wrong decisions on hires and permits employees to fully unfold their potential.
