The development centre is a group procedure and focuses on the learning process and the development potential of the participants. It supports development decisions on all levels.
Development centres are assessed customised for your individual situations, your questions and your expectations. Therefore, the performance duration and number of participants and observers fluctuates. Frequently, 6-12 persons are observed by 2-5 assessors on 1-3 days.
The written report and feedback interview are strongly targeted at development measures to offer employees a medium- to long-term perspective and supporting them in using their potentials in the company context.
