Just be yourself.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Which aids do I have for my presentation task?<br><em>Computer, projector, flipchart and pin boards.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I have a whole-day assessment \u2013 do I have to ensure my own lunch?<br><em>No, you will be invited.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What information on the assessment am I given and what will the company receive to which I have applied?<br><em>You will receive the same assessment report that the company does.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do I have a right to receive feedback on the assessment?<br><em>You also have the right to feedback on the phone or in person in addition to the report.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When will I learn about the assessment results?<br><em>This depends on the agreement with the customer, usually about 1-2 weeks after the assessment.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What clothes should I wear to the assessment?<br><em>Dress as for any regular job interview \u2013 business and casual.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FAQ&#8217;s for Companies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In which languages can Prisma World perform assessments?<br><em>German, English, French and Italian.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How long do I have to wait for the assessment report?<br><em>As agreed, usually no later than after 48 hours.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can I take (partially) part in the assessment?<br><em>Yes, this can be discussed when clarifying the order.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We have our own competence model \u2013 is it possible to adjust the report to this competence model?<br><em>It is easily possible to develop a reporting structure for you that meets your competence model.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We have specific questions regarding a person.
