It supports development decisions on all levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Development centres are assessed customised for your individual situations, your questions and your expectations. Therefore, the performance duration and number of participants and observers fluctuates. Frequently, 6-12 persons are observed by 2-5 assessors on 1-3 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The written report and feedback interview are strongly targeted at development measures to offer employees a medium- to long-term perspective and supporting them in using their potentials in the company context.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contact us non-committally.
